Did not take loan.. Received message stating that summons have issued by court to appear for issuing a cheque for dishonour of payment.... I have not issued a cheque or taken loan for the number sent in message or been a guarantor... No court name, case number or date is given, I called the number it is stating it is invalid number Please advise what to do Thanks.

A.It is advisable to go through www.ecourts.gov.in and to check there any case by your name and if it is there then you should contact Vidhikarya.com (this very website) for a better solution of your problem.
