Is employee can start his own company without quiting job?? Please advise.

A.dear client in your matter The terms of the service agreement very clearly specifies rights and responsibilities along with do's and dont's of your self along with the employer. Please share across your service agreement for a review and further advice in this regard.

A.DEAR SIR, IN MY OPINION , YOU SHOULD REFER TO YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT, GENERALLY agreement does not allow to do so, so you should seek no objection. For details, pl. contact some advocaate through vidhikarya.com

A.I agree with bot the learned Counsels Nirmal Chopra and Ambrose Leo that you can can do that but ensure that there is no conflict of interest. Second if you are in senior position then all the companies have disclosure policy and you have to disclose that to your manager and seek approval. If you are in leadership role then you must disclose this to your company as the company has to publish the directorship kind of role in annual reports.

A.In my opinion u can't start a company while being in job even though the business may be totally different from the where u are currently employed.
