Me my wife and kid ,my brother and his wife, my dad live in my granfathers property.after he passed away .my dad and his siblings divided all my granfather assets according to which the house came to my dad. Now on this 2 floor building one floor he has given to lease around 20 lakh and spent it without our notice. Now since we share one floor and after mu younger brother marriage. Too many fights are happening and my dad is favouring my younger brother. He is asking me to leave home..ibalsonhave started construction new place and will move in 6-7 months but I am afraid once I leave this place,inhale to relinquish it only but I want my rightful share. Please tell me what options do I have now?
