Place : Chennai High Court
Case type : Wife filed a contested divorce on cruelty as per Hindu law
Children :Two girl children (8 & 5 Years old)
Three counselling are over . She is not convinced and she is rigid on divorce. I already asked 1 month time to file the counter.
I have to file the counter before 25 th December 2019.

If i file the counter before the 25 the december, On that hearing day what is the first step will be followed.

A.Dear Sir,
You may just go on with plea of taking back your wife. It is very difficult for her to prove cruelty on her. Try to file interim applications and approach High Court and get stay of the proceedings and thus prolong the proceedings.
