WRONG RAGGING CASE

Sir . My juniors have put up a wrong ragging case on me and it went to university for verification where it proved wrong now what i should do to stop the misuse of the ragging law they used it just to show me down.now i want to register a case so how should i proceed.

A.You can contact to Anti-Ragging cell of your university, as every unversity has its own anti-ragging cell and after that you can file a case against your junior

First are a student,where is the University, if they have made a issue you have to defend & come out of it, any aggravation of issue will have permanent implication on your future & career,the law will take it own course & time with unwarranted issues.I have advised to consult a lawyer near your place.
