adverse possession or Registerion act
X (muslim) has done the GPA to Y ( is son-in-law of X) , X died in Aug 1998, My aunty bought the property in Oct 1998 the same property was gifted to me in 2008 Jun, I constructed the house in 2008 with bank loan and staying the house paying the property tax,water tax etc , Now X heirs (2nd wife ) has file case on it in 2015 Dec case is still going, Do case will be in my favor based on act 1963 article 65 adverse possession act or any other act based on registration deed which is 21 YEar (both my aunts (10 year i.e. from 1998-2008)+ mines(11 i.e from 2008 to 2019) ) please suggest
