Is it possible to import an energy drink to India if the company already imports it do they have the sole rights to import because many suppliers are willing to ship with better rates if we import and sell it would it be any problem

A.first, importing energy drink, it self not a crime or illegal, as long as it follow rules of import and food quality.
Second: IF Company already importing then means, they have necessary license , franchisee. You also apply for the same. If original manufacture gives that licence, you can also get. This depend on Exclusive territorial rights.
