Small/miner damage to Vehicle because of sudden stop or complete stopped vehicle after signal release without indicating signals/sign. opp guy went to police station and want to put FIR. what should i do in this case

A.Dear Sir,
It being a small offence you may be asked to pay small amount of fine and your vehicle will be released.
