I am 61 years aged widow. My only son aged 24 years, Graduate died on a road accident. FIR, PM reports were all done. He worked in a pharmaceutical firm for 8 months on a payroll of Rs 8000/- pm and was preparing for RRB Exam. He was intelligent and studious. Now I have no other means of income. How to initiate the claim process

A.Dear Sir,
You have to file claim petition before local claims Tribunal along with FIR or charge sheet and you will get compensation as per the salary certificate of your deceased son and there are formulae to determine such compensation which normally will be paid by Insurance Company.
