Section 29 of the Maharashtra Society Act

I have purchased a property which was transferred in the name of legal heir 3 months back as father expired. Due to financial needs he is selling the flat , so Section 29 of the maharashtra society act will be applicable or not in this case where the legal heir has to withhold the shares for an year under his name. As the property was transferred due to leagl heir is this still required

A.As per your information, the said section clear about what way it can transfer or create charge on property of any new member by way of transaction done. In your case, member died 3 months back so needs to wait for 9 month more to effectuate any transfer.
