Fraud transaction of credit card

Hi,
I contact to amazon delivery online number whuch was a fraud call and i could recognized. He asked to pay rs. 10 which i made through credit card then he asked me to download app anydesk and he took my mobile access and done transaction of 80000. Now but the as soon as i receive the traction oyp i got the call from sbi customer for blocking the card so we block the
Card immidiately.

A.Hi,
First of all file a written complaint with thr local police station and the cyber cell department in your city.
Get the FIR registered and forward the same to the Bank cyber fraud department who will investigate the issue.
Also they will provide you with a provisional credit for the amount debited.

You should inform in writing to the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or office or File FIR at Police Station.

A.If u feel cheated and there is fraudulent transaction approach police and file the case.
