Rights for husband

Iam not in relation with husband since 20yrs , we didn’t taken divorce since yet ..in this past 20yrs I earned some propertis my own .is their any rights to my husband now on my properties which earned by my own after leaves my husband

A.dear client Till you are alive,you will have exclusive right over your property but after your death your husband will have right over that along with your children.So get divorce if you donot want this to happen.

A.If your husband survives you and you do not write a will your husband also gets a share in that property. But you have options of gifting the property to a relative, bequeathing the property by way of a will or spending the whole property in your life time.
