Ancestral property Ancestral property

My grandfather has 3 sons. He bought a piece of land 40 years ago. Before his death he wrote a will on the land which was the only property. He mentioned clearly that the only two sons has the equal right on the land and the Third son, my father, has no right because my father theft some gold belong to family and ran away with his wife and kid. Can i claim the riight on that land now as a grandson?

A.Dear Sir,
You may challenge such Will as created and thus claim your share by filing partition suit.

A.You have not written about present position or status of the land possession and title. In any case if the will is effected you have left near to no remedy. Also if the will is registered and/or witnessed and made legally correct in all respects there remains no scope to hope something from it.
