I lent money to one of my neighbours in hometown Chirala. I stay in Hyderabad. I remindee several times, but he did not pay a single rupee back. I don't any legal agreement. I only have whatsapp messages as proof.Please help me.

A.Dear Sir,
You may file a Civil case or a criminal case saying that he tried to assault you or abused you when you asked him to return your loan amount.
