Is will or Partition Deed necessary
Me and My wife have only a daughter who is settled. My Query is whether a Will or Partition Deed necessary to protect her in future with my Properties. Appreciate your early reply.
A.Dear Sir,

A.Your daughter being single Legal heir is entitled to your properties. Still you can make a Will in her favour which would be effected only after your demise. If you intend to transfer properties during your lifetime Gift Deed is the best way. For further detailed advice plz contact through Vidhikarya

A.You have to write a will and get it registered. Then helps. If it is self acquired property you can also give as gift deed also.
