can my wife file false case 498A against my parent who is living 1000 KM away from me. how to save paraent from false case
A.Dear Sir,
It can be filed but Supreme Court says that the names of parents of husband must be deleted from charge sheet in most of the cases. Thus, even if such false case is registered your parents will be immediate bail and thereafter their names will be quashed if you challenge such FIR before High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
