Respected lawyers,
I purchased a plot and registered it on my mother's name because of some marital issues. The house loan for the land is on my name and i am paying the emi, even stamp papers were purchased by me. Now the issues have been resolved with my wife, kindly tell me the procedure to get the land legally back from my mother. I have a younger brother and a married sister, can they ask share in the purchased property now or in future. Thanking you in advance.

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother may execute release deed or gift deed in your favour. It must be registered.
