Property problem created by my step father

My mom had purchased the property in Hegde nagar 3000sqft overall... The property was on my mom name but later on she transferred the property on her husband. This marriage was 2nd marriage and we are 5 siblings. My 2 elder brother and 2 sisters they got married ... House was dependent on my salary so I couldn't marry last year I suggested my mom to construct our own house so my mom and her husband decided to start the construction in the month of November the house started constructing. For tat my mom sold 1500sqft in tat money she started constructing. This year on October we shifted to home at the time of construction I had taken over all 9 lacs of personal loan and my mom sold her jewelry for 3 lacs.however my mom husband gave the sale deed property for the interest to an financer person in Hegde nagar. So in return instead of paying me back the loan he gave me sale deed property..the horrible incident took place on 27th Nov 2019 wr husband started torturing and giving taunts to my mom tat she is step mother she won't take good care and started forcing me and Mom to leave house so we separated to nxt house in tat building only .again on 01-12-19 younger brother and her husband came started beating me and Mom forced us to leave home ...
But I called 100 and police came here but they both ran away before coming police my mom husband he gave warning if I am giving any police complaint he will make sure to kill me in front of all neighbors. I visited kothnur police station but my mom forced me not to say a word.she took me to home as my eye was injured due to he hitted me from screw driver. So plz give me advice so I can keep the home for my mom
