False Accusations on Land

When my grandfather was alive he distributed money to my father and paternal uncle equally. Both of them purchased land with that money.
My paternal uncle sold his land and spent his money leading a lavish life. After my grandfather died my grandmother and Paternal uncle became one side and Filed a case that grandfather gave all the money to my father itself, this was before 15 years when my grandfather distributed money. My paternal uncle filed a case recently. We have all legal passbook and everything with us. Even the land on which we did agriculture we have proof that we did agriculture and nearby village people also know that, but problem is my grandmother telling that no money was distributed. What can we do ?
It is a civil case it will go for years and ultimately your father will succeed.
