Sir, we have an ancestral house which was on the name of my elder father during 1990, My father’s portion of house directly transferred on my mother‘s name in panchayat and after 2001 my younger sister took 1/3 of house on her name by bribing in panchayat.I have four sisters all are married before 2004 may. I have no rooms to stay in my village because remaining rooms were tranfered on my brother’s name. Can i get at least one room or forcefully can go to my house sir?
A.Dear Sir,
You cannot get anything forcibly unless you file a suit for partition seeking for reopening of earlier partition saying that it was not a correct partition.
Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.
