Obstruction to the entry passage of the house

My society has installed a fire extinguisher in front of my house entrance. This causes physical obstruction while movement in the passage. There are 2 alternate locations in the staircase passage at a distance of 3 metres. Have requested the society to change the location but they are unwilling to do so. I have also given the option to change this location at my cost, but they are not doing it. Can I get the location changed myself? What legal option do I have to sue the society for the inconvenience being caused to me. They have also allotted covered car parks to all except me without informing or discussing. I would like to know if I can take the society to the court over nepotism & unfairness.

You may get issue a legal notice and also get interim mandatory injunction to remove the same immediately.

immediately you have to file a case on Society and get stay order on those obstructions. Court can hear from both sides.
