What are the options available to transfer the title of property from one owner to one of his family members ? What would be the cost involved if the fair price value is 30 lacs

A.Two options first gift deed and second will. Cost of first option is depending upon blood relationship stamp duty is governed. Second option 4-5 thousand rupees.

A.The best way is Gift Deed during lifetime of both donee n the donor. If it is in Maharashtra it should cost around 35000 plus legal expenses. For further information plz contact through Vidhikarya
