What is legal action should I take for fraud done by my ex husband and his family who was hidding the true facts related to his 1St marraige .they never dicloses the true facts.and fraudulently taken divorce from me after 7 years of our marraige?

A.Dear Madam,
If this has happened with you such things hidding from you , then court will ask you when you knew this all? No matter you can file a case against him, if he has taken divorce then it is a proof that he has married you , but you must have solid proof against him of that he had married already then he married you . You can go for filing fraud, cheating , Bigamy, you may claim for compensation too. You may consult on my given number after paying fees for further related issues.

A.Dear Sir,
You can file cheating case against all of them.

419. Punishment for cheating by personation.—Whoever cheats by personation shall be punished with imprisonment of either de­scription for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

420. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person de­ceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
