Online Data Entry Job

I have entered into an agreement with Sigma Data Services of Gujrat for online Data Entry Job. There was a target to fill-up 800 forms in 7 days and they will pay Rs.25/- per form i.e., Rs.20,000/- on sucessfull completion of work. There was another clause of penalty for Rs.3999/-, if i unable to complete the job within schedule time. Now the problem that i could not compelete the job in time. Is it a cyber crime made by me and I bound to pay the penalty as per agreement? If that company can take legal action against me if i unable to pay the same? As a peace loving people, I don't want any court proceedings or unnecessary harrasments. Please suggest what to do?

A.The agreement of service cannot have such reciprocate obligation which is negative covenant. Such agreement are void due condition of penalty directly attributes unequally to only one party.

You not need to worry, as he cannot be able to enforce the agreement in any court of law.

A.Read every clause of the agreement carefully.
Also see if the agreement is registered or simply notarised.
Chance is that this may be a fake company, check website of the company online.
