My father had an accident while driving his bike from an Goods auto ....he was severely injured and hospitalised ...Now I have filed a FIR against auto driver and Owner but My father doesnt have a driving licence and the insurance of his bike was lapsed ....
Now will he able to claim the insurence amount of that auto ?if yes ...What and alll. Steps we need to follow pls help me
