My maternal grandfather wants to transfer his agricultural land to me. So kindly state me the procedure for the same.

A.If he bought himself that land so that your grandfather can transfer his land to you.kindly get in touch for more detail.

A.Your grandfather can transfer the piece of lad only if he himself bought it and it belongs solely to him. Ancestral property cannot be transferred as per choice. Kindly get in touch for a detailed legal opinion.
