Good morning Sir,
1. I was admitted in ICU, as my pancreas are week and because of which I was declared pre diabetic, there is fluctuation of insulin in my body. After 10 days when I was discharged I came back to my city Rewa, and many of my relatives started visiting me.
2. One evening I was walking near my homw with my cousin brother who came to visit me. We were having normal conversation regarding position of my brother's business at Surat.
3. A girl passed by, overheard our conversation and started saying that we were commenting on her. My brother And I told her we were not commenting but only talking something else. She started shouting and started abusing our mothers and sisters, at this point I got angry as I was already irritated because of my health conditions and I replied saying we were not shouting on you, please behave and mind what ever you are talking. She told she would call her dad, I replied saying call him we are not scared as we haven't done any wrong.
4. The very next day, at 5pm there came 4 guys( friend of this girl) near my home and as my elder brother was out going out they caught hold of him saying u guys abuse girls and started beating him.
5. The next day, the girl went crying to the police station and filed FIR against me alleging that I I was trying to break open her house and enter, beat her and abused her last evening. Henceforth I have been charged under Section 354, 509, 341 of IPC.
6. On these false allegations I was taken to police custody on the same evening even after explaining my part the police did not listen to me.
7. Sir, now I have this case against me, for which I need to regularly regularly present before the Hon'ble court for summons.
8. My elder brother's engagement is fixed on 10th January 2020, and we are a reputated and simple family of our colony.
9. We are 3 siblings, all of are are boys and till now no such complain we have against us till now. We have our own house and this girl resides 150-200 meters away from my house. There was no such complaint in the last 7 years we have been living for.
10. There is already a lot of expenditure on my medication, now at these court matter and for my brother engagement.
11. Because of this my father has not been able to concentrate on this work and has taken leave from his office for a month now.
12. I'm not able to take care of my health, I have very restrictive diet and I'm going though a lot of tension as my family is going through a lot. I'm very depressed these days.
13. What can I do to proof myself Sir? When I have not done anything why am I being punished for it? What is the meaning of justice when a innocent is punished?
14. I don't want to go into long procedure of law Sir, what can be the remedy which can be little sooner.
15. I'm defamed because of these wrong allegations on me.
