What is the approximate court charges for filing an injunction suit to stop publication of a book that is violating my intellectual property right?

A.Court fees are calculated based on the quantum of damages/compensation that you are seeking from the other side and also depends on the State you are residing.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, in Karnataka the injunction suit requires payment of Rs. 25/- only but you have to pay other Court expenses and advocate fees because it involves so many factors and advocates practicing on intellectual property side are very rare.
