I bought a ticket from Travelgenio.com to Paris from an airline called Aigle Azure. Unfortunately the ailrine went bankrupt and Travelgenio sent me an email in which they state that they will refund me in 90 days. 90 Days have passed and I still did not get any refund. I've been calling travelgenio but they always keep me on hold and I pay extra money for every minute I call them. I spent more than 40 euros on calls with them and I still did not get any answer! Please help I need my money back! Also note that they refunded other people who bought the ticket just like me.

A.1. you are advised to serve them a legal notice through counsel to refund the amount of ticket along with expenses made till the time along with interest with a warning to initiate legal action (civil/criminal) in case amount not paid within the stipulated time.
