to meet my wife

i got register married to my wife(during her PG graduation) without the knowledge of her parents as they were against our marriage . After college she went back home to convince her parents but they house arrested her and had shifted her to some place. Its been 8 months i haven't seen or spoke to her as i couldnt find her whereabouts or contact her..Kindly suggest me a way to meet her legally. What should I do to meet her? Whom should I approach, police or Court?

A.you can file a writ requiring a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court.

A.If you have court marriage then You can write a crime in the police for this matter.

A.IF U HAVE A COURT MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE U HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO CONTACT HER--OR YOU CAN GO FOR HEBEAUS CORPUS WRIT AGAINST HER PARENTS

A.According to register marriage certificate you have to show your certificate before police authority and after that you have to file a FIR regarding kidnapping case against her parents.
