Dear Sir / Madam,
My relative Mr. A. Venkatesan has invested Rs.2,44,337-00 with M.s Nathella Sampath Jewallry Velachery Chennai on 2-8-2014 under a scheme "Thanga Magal Thittam 1940 per gram 5 years plan. As this plan is to be matured on 1-5-2019. But, now the said Jewelers shop is closed and complaint has been filed with EOW on 30-04-2018 & CBI has also filed case by CBI based on complaint from SBI.
Can we send Notice to the Partners of closed Jewellery Shop before filling case in Consumer Court in addition to already filed a Complaint with E O W on 30-04-2018.
Please give suitable advise to proceeded further.

A.Notice has to sent to all parties at their last known address given in the transaction details or last place of business and if it comes back usually it is regarded to be served as party changing its place of business is supposed to inform about new address
