I along with my wife applied for mutual divorce(13b),and the condition was 7lacs one time alimony,but on the date of final hearing,they did not appear.My advocate called them,(same advocate for both of us),they are demanding 3lacs more which I can not afford or want to give.Next date is13th January 2020.I think they will not appear again.I am 38 and they want to waste my time for remarriage as she is 24.What step should I take to get divorce???

A.Dear Sir,
You may go for contest divorce and also get issue contempt notice for not honoring mutual divorce documents which were signed by her voluntarily and you can also file a defamation case against her.
