Sir, I am Vivek from Tamilnadu. I brought educational loan of about 1.8Lakhs for academic year (2012-16) Passed out year 2016. But I didn’t made any repayment till now. I ask for sometime to repay my liability(6 month). They denied my request and asked to pay 9000 instantly and make regular monthly payment and also they said total loan came about 3.15 lakhs within three year.
I assure, I will made my repayment ,but I need to get my interest subsidy.
So what is the procedure to get through legal.?
Anyone can help me...???
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice as per prevailing circulars and if the bankers do not give subsidy benefit then you may approach Civil Court for appropriate mandatory injunction against them.
Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.
