I am purchasing resale flat in nanded city pune. cost is 70.00 lakh more than market value. Now nanded city is under registered cooperative society act. How much stamp duty & registration charges i need to pay for registration. Is there any format for sale deed in english

A.5% stamp duty and 1%Registration fees on Consideration amount of sale transaction

A.5% GST or registration charges 6+1= 7% total 12% must be pay or other expenses for draft or whatever etc
