We did regular business with our customer for 4 years . We supplied material to a buyer on credit basis and now since almost 2 years our payment is stuck . He was giving us part payments till Aug 2018 but then he stopped that also . Now he is not recieving our phone calls also. I have sent text message to him many times but he doesnt reply or receive calls.

A.1. you are required to file a civil suit for recovery against him claiming the amount along with the interest,
2. start the litigation by sending a legal notice through counsel,

A.You can file civil suit for recovery in appropriate Court of Law. Plz contact for further details. Limitation for such Legal remedy is three years from payment due date or cause of action arose whichever is later
