Sir is there any way in which a lawyer can first contact with the party against whom the case is to be filed
So that the issue gets settled mutually or else if that person is evading then to go for an FIR
As legal proceedings are time consuming hectic and scary

A.Instaed of Lawyers there are organisations which do the kind of things that you want to be done before filing complaint with Police. In Bangalore Mahila Sahayavani does it. I do not know you are from which place.

A.You have not disclosed the case details, It is better to consult a senior Lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to amicably settle, if not to explore all the possibilities to avoid serious complication of penal provisions of the law provided within the ambit of the law.

A.Yes it can be except in cases of Murder or Rape or cases in relation to which punishment is imprisonment for 5 years or more.
