A.Dear Sir,
If your lawyer is intelligent and having face value in the High Court then he can easily get all the proceedings against you quashed by filing application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Further in many such cases the Supreme Courts and High Courts held that it is consensual sex as such it do not attract any of the Section of IPC. Consequently, the alleged charges will be quashed.

Please take PAID phone call with me through VIDHIKARYA and get more legal guidance.

A.You should go for quashing of FIR in the concerned High Court, where offences under various sections have been leveled against you.

A.share complete facts to get a prominent revert, however, from the available fact, i can say, a marriage may save you from such serious charges and 498a etc is less serious then SC/ST and 376.
