termination from services termination from services

I got appointed with State government after qualifying written examination and viva voce and continued to serve on different profiles for almost one year and eight months, withdrawing my salary and other benefits. In the meantime, the government acting on some complaints, constituted a committee to investigate the complaints. The committee was given a time period of one month to file response, but after one year and six months, the committee filed adverse response, wherein it challenged the technical criteria, mostly on the basis of assumptions. The committee recommended cancellation of appointment and government accepted it without giving us any opportunity to be heard. The technical points objected by the committee were already mentioned in the advertisement notice.
