Money given for personal loan disbursement

I have given money to certain person as he told me that he will help me to get the loan disbursed due to my bad credit score. Now that person is asking more money and saying that if I don't pay then the loan application will be cancelled. What can I do to get the deposited money back?

A.First go to the concern bank and verify it then go ahead otherwise file police complaint against them immediately
