My friend was riding bike at speed of 20-25.At the turning point he met an 17 years old boy running towards him due to dog behind him.My friend tried to control the vehicle and change the direction of the vehicle but the victim got injured.My friend took him to the hospital.He got fracture in his leg.Now they are asking money for his treatment and ny friend doesnt have any money.What legal case will be against him? Please help asap

Nothing to worry. If vehicle is insured your friend need not bother if any criminal case is filed then ask your friend to pay fine and close the case.

A.You don't have to worry about it. It was just an accident and you did not do intentionally and that is the most important thing in every case. he got injured you took him to hospital, you have done your job. Now if there is no police involve in this whole scenario then, you have nothing to worry about. As you said they are asking money for his treatment, firstly don't give them any money and if you really want to help him for the sake of humanity please save all electronic records of every payment, don't give any cash. Secondly, you should not ignore any call from any policeman, if someone calls you. Best of Luck.

A.If criminal complaint registereded against your friend.Then your friend shall face criminal trial of accident case.And also if motor accident claim case can be filed against your friend in Motor accident tribunal.But if your friend was not liable for accident then he shall not be held personally liable for compensation.
