Mene Car sell kiya aur possession bhi de diya usse bat ki but usne ownership transfer nahi karaya. ab bol raha he ke car chori ho gayi aur call bhi nahi utha raha me kya karu?

A.You can send legal notice to him stating that car was sold to you and you told me that car was stolen. If you have not received car sell amount from him then you can claim that amount from him and also state that if you fail to pay that amount appropriate legal action shall be taken against that person.
