a 14 yr girl was brought by a man for sexual gratification from Bihar, abducted 2 months back and her father filed FIR u/s 363, 366 IPC there same day, the girl was rescued in our city in punjab and sent to children home and was found pregnant but the police is not filing FIR, girl statement under section 164 not taken , nor accused arrested and police say that bihar police will take the girl to bihar ,i fear danger to girl from father,
dabangs of accused family , destroying of evidence and statement of girl. i am member of Child welfare committee
and want Zero FIR filed here on section 164 statement ,POCSO FIR, accused arrested and than sent girl to bihar by our city police as done earlier by sending
children under escort by our CWC.
How can i do it or what can i do?

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach High Court and bring a direction on the IO to do the needful within specified time.

A.1. you can approach the High Court by way of a writ petition to handover the investigation to some other agency like SIT, CBI or any special team under the supervisoin of a judicial officer, and till the time to keep the girl to a safe home/nari niketan,
2. not only ZERO fir but the whole trial should conclude here as the offence was committed there only,
