I want to marry with my cousin. she is daughter of my mother's sister. we are from uttar pardesh and we are hindu, our age is more than 18. so can we marriage ?

As per law a girl must completed 18 years of time and boy must completed 21 years of age to get marry otherwise a criminal case will be registered against your parents and you also.

A.Dear Client,
Such Marriage will be void marriage, as you fall into the degrees of prohibited relationship. (If you are Hindus, hence as per HMAct 1955, such marriage is called Sapinda Marriage and is not allowed )

Your mother's sister's daughter is your first cousin and the marriage between you and your cousin is not allowed under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The Hindu Marriage Act 1955 clearly makes cousin marriage illegal for Hindus with the exception of marriages permitted under regional customs. Under The Hindu Marriage Act, marriage between cousins are not allowed and also it does not allow sapinda" marriage and since you both are sapinda to each other, your marriage is not permitted under Hindu Marriage Act. Please refer Section 3 (f) and 3 (g) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for better understanding.
