Domestic issue

I have 6 members in my family including me. We are facing a issue since many years. My sister aged 21 is spoiling the lives of our family. She always breaks our household stuffs and she is behaving like a don. She love a boy and she want to marry him amd she always ran from house to meet him and the boy is also not good.
She is saying that after marry him, she will stay at home for 1 year as the boy is having small house. In short, she always do dadagiri and spoiling our name in the society. We are facing situation like hell as she always speaks loud with my parents and even she beat my mother sometimes. She take a knife in her hands to threatened us. She also had an attempt of suicide for taking rat poison. She is disrespecting everyone at home and she is spoiling the lives of us. She is a girl so she also threatened us that she can use girl right against us. I want to know a permanent solution what I can do to eliminate her from my house as after eliminating her, we will have a good conditions at home as we 5 members are, father mother, brother, 2 sister are very happy.
