Vikrant Institute is registered as a training provider with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) through the SMART NSDC portal, Vikrant is an accredited training partner of the Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&W SSC), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
Are they bound to provide the information or they fall under other category?

A.Majority of the Govt. or semi Govt institutions are under obligation to provide information under RTI
