Can a man marry second time without divorce as his wife is infertile and having health issues.The second wife has 2 children from first marriage and is divorce.
A.Dear Sir,
No person can marry during the subsistence of first marriage on any ground much the ground of infertility and if he marries it is a punishable offences and he may use his job.

A.Dear client.. if first wife is infertile and having irreplaceable health issues then u can file divorce and attache all medical reports and submit in the court and ask divorce.. once u will get divorce decree then u can remarry...
