Gift deed from a unregistered Irrevocable GPA in Karnataka

Can a gift deed be executed using unregistered Irrevocable GPA and can the tittle will be converted if gift deed is registered but not the GPA. Even if the GPA grants right to transfer.
A.Dear Sir,
As per Supreme Court made law under GPA property cannot be sold except the persons who are blood relations of executor of GPA. It will be a weakest document if Gift Deed is executed through GPA.
