My grandfather (Mother's Father) pass away in 1993 without making will and later My grandmother (Mother's Mother) also pass away in 2017 without making will now dispute is my uncle(Mama) is not ready to give share to my mother. I have 3 uncle(Mama) and one Aunty (Mausi), please advise how to do in this case and what is the processor for rights and how would be property shared, it equally share with each other or not?
