We did not mutate a land after purchasing and registering. Now when we r going to do mutation, in the BLRO record its showing old owners' names on ½ kattah instead of 2 kattah. The mentioned land in our papers are showing in another owner's land. The land we purchased from a man who have power of attorney of the owners. Is mutation possible in this condition?
