Car parking issue in residential colony

there is a free road in my locality and i park my car there one of the neighbor has a problem with that and he is asking us not to park there. Can we legally park on a free road or he is right in asking us not to park. He says the MCH sweepers are not able to clean under t he car thats why he wants us to not park.
A.Dear Sir,
It is his problem and not the problem of MCH sweepers. He cannot control your activities and the issue is before you and MCH authorities. Get issue a legal notice to him to stay within his limitation otherwise give him warning that you are going to file a criminal complaint against him.

A.Do what is right in perspective of you both as both of you are living within the jurisdiction of local municipal body and have equal rights or no right depending upon the various facts n circumstances at different times as well as situations.

A.You don't have such right to park your vehicle on road because it is public property
